Open arqit with note pad, change everything to 1 instead of 0 except for FakeVsyncinterval. Best thing to do is reinstall it and download the ddwrapper. Deleted the game, reinstalled it, added the ddwrapper file, changed arqrit file pera meters and it works. That worked, but has not had the same results for red alert 2. I had the same issue with C&C tiberian sun but was able to fix that by changing settings in the arqrit file. Either I'm not getting a step right or my computer hates me. It's not an origin problem because I get the same thing when I install my cd version. That's my favorite game in the series and am becoming very discouraged. Then, open the configuration file "aqrit.cfg" in Notepad, change the "ForceDirectDrawEmulation" option to 1, save the file, and the game should work.
